What is your returns policy?
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be undamaged
- Items must have all tags attached and be in original packaging

Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any returns costs will be at your own expense unless your reason for return is eligible;
Eligible reasons for free return:
- Damaged product
- Missing part or item
What if my product is faulty or I receive a wrong product?
We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Simply use our smart return form at the end of this page to start your return&refund process.
If you have other queries please send our customer service an email within 30 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch with you as fast as we can to resolve the issue in your favor.
How long does it take to process my refund?
We aim to process your refund as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 1 or 2 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 7 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at email@example.com with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.
How can I track the status of my return?
As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 7 working days for the payment to show in your bank account statement, depending on the card issuer.
All returns postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To initiate the return process, please fill out the return form below within 30 days of your delivery. We will be in touch with you as fast as possible with your return label and instructions.
- You can upload images of size up to 2 MB.
- You can add a maximum of 3 images of issues.
- The file format of the image should be .jpg / .jpeg / .png
- Please ensure the images are focused on the issue and are not blurry.
